Scarlett Johansson is another reason why it was better than I expected. Not that I'm a fan of her, but she does have that "feel" to her.
I felt the plot was okay, compared to some other comic/hero movies; not as predictable - the plot twists. And since Captain America, as a hero character, is quite a boring one (honestly), I think the ending kinda saved it - when Bucky and Steve had that emotional moment. That look in his eyes is just........
Seems like the film avoided being CG-heavy, I guess that's another reason why it doesn't look as fake and "lame" as other hero movies. Plus point.
I'd say this movie's worth a watch! (And you get to ogle at Johansson and Evans)
