It's about Susan Cooper (Melissa McCarthy) who has always "been in the basement" and "in the ears" to give assistance to secret agents who are out in the field. One day, her partner Bradley Fine (Jude Law) got shot dead in a mission. Cooper, who was in love with her partner, could not swallow the pain and guilt and was determined to avenge his death.
She volunteered herself as a spy for the mission, was told to only follow the target and report and make no contact with the target. Cooper, however, was not settling with just observing; she needed to get more information, infiltrate the target to kill Rayna Boyanov (Rose Byrne) who was the one who ended Fine's life.
With hilarious and ridiculous cover identities, Cooper managed to get to Rayna and convinced her that she was a bodyguard Rayna's father hired.
Blablabla. The rest of the story is like same ol' action films. But featuring:
1) clumsy burden self-quit, self-re-hired agent Rick Ford (Jason Statham) who makes me really want to kick his ass too
2) clumsy sweaty Nancy (Miranda Hart) who also makes me want to kick her ass at times too
3) "fucking"
4) "hair"
5) boob grabbing

4) Rose Byrne's body. I never knew she was in quite a few movies I watched!? But gotta love her for this role.
Would I recommend this movie? Definitely definitely!
